The Details
100% Sangiovese from organically cultivated vines in Tuscany. Grapes are hand-harvested, and spontaneously ferment for 4 days with partial whole-cluster prior to pressing. Élevage in stainless steel prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
