The Details

Old-vine Garganega biodynamically cultivated in Gambellara (volcanic soils in the Veneto). Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and spontaneously ferment and age in a combination of stainless steel and neutral barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
