The Details
Merlot & Tai Rosso from Gambellara (volcanic soils) in the Veneto. Grapes are hand-harvested, macerate for several weeks before pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in a combination of stainless steel and neutral vessel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
