The Details
100% Garganega from 50 year-old biodynamically farmed vines. Grapes are hand-harvested and macerate for 3 days in neutral oak barrels prior to pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging for 8 months sur lie also in neutral barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
