The Details
100% Riesling from Bad Durkheim in the Pfalz. Vines are biodynamically cultivated and range in age from 10-30 years-old, planted to sandstone/loess soils. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and spontaneously ferment and ague sur lie for 6 months thereafter in stainless steel vat. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal (<20ppm) added SO2.
