Is it wine? Is it soda? It’s Vin de Soda! The Riesling of your party/picnic/adventure filled dreams. Aged 7 months sur lie with a gentle spritz, Vin de Soda is a thirst-quencher for all seasons.
100% Riesling biodynamically cultivated in Bad Durkheim in the Pfalz of Western Germany. The grapes are directly pressed and spontaneously ferment via charmat method in stainless steel, followed by 7 months maturation sur lie. Unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2. 12%ABV
