The Details

100% Grauburgunder (Pinot Gris) from biodynamically cultivated young vines planted in sandy loess soils. The grapes are hand-harvested and directly pressed into tank where the juices spontaneously ferments prior to racking to old barrique where the wine ages 6 months sur lie. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2. 12%ABV
