The Details
Meaning "Earth," this is the top wine produced by the Musters, stalwarts of natural winemaking in Styra, Southern Austria. Sauvignon Blanc & Morillon hand-harvested from vines grown in limestone/clay silt soils prior to destemming upon arrival at the winery. The grapes macerate for 12 months in large neutral wood prior to transfer to 1200L oval wooden tank for élevage of 20+ months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
