The Details
50-70 year-old bush vines of Carricante and Grecanico grown in the soft, ashen soils of the northern face of Mt. Etna at high-elevation, this is quintessential Etna Bianco. The grapes are directly pressed and see spontaneous fermentation and élevage in a combination of botte grande and cement. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2. 12%ABV
