The Details

100% Barbera from 25-30 year-old vines biodynamically cultivated in Piemonte. Grapes are hand-harvested, destmmed, and macerate for 2 months in foudre prior to élevage for 9 months in neutral barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
