The Details

Coastal, minerally red with length from Giulia Marangon in Liguria. Whole-bunch spontaneously fermented / macerated for 10 days prior to pressing. Grapes are Vermentino Nero, Sangiovese, & Syrah. Spontaneous ferment is in stainless steel tank prior to transfer to neutral oak for maturation. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
