The Details
Sylvaner/Gewürztraminer/Pinot Gris/Riesling from biodynamically cultivated vines on loamy clay/limestone soils. Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed and macerate for 4 days prior to pressing. Bottled with residual sugar to finish spontaneous fermentation under crown-cap; in bottle for 20 months prior to disgorgement. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
