Biodynamic Burgundy! From the Mâconnais. 100% biodynamically cultivated Aligoté from 30 y/o vines on argilo-limoneux soils (hence pun on "limone" soil/acid character). 10 month elévage in tank before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
