The Details

From biodynamically farmed vines in the Mâconnais, this is 100% Chardonnay from 40 year-old vines in the Morandes plot which has never seen any chemicals, pesticides, herbicides etc. and like all the Tripoz vines has been farmed biodynamically as long as they’ve had them. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2 (zero/zero). Real gem – pristinely balanced and full of life. Could even do well with a decant too! 0/0
