The Details

100% Cabernet Sauvignon from organically cultivated vines in the south of Tuscany outside Arezzo. Grapes are hand-harvested and spontaneously ferment and age in neutral barrel for over 10 (!!!!) years before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
