The Details
Classic Vin Santo! Biodynamically cultivated Trebbiano in the southerly Tuscan Val di Chiana on old vines. Grapes are hand-harvested at two separate times - one early, one late. Sun-dried and raisinated from hung bunches. Spontaneously fermented and aged 96 months in oak barrels. 9% ABV
