The Details
100% biodynamically cultivated Poulsard from 10 year-old vines on a west-facing slope with a base of Triassic marl soils outside Poligny in the Jura. Grapes are hand-harvested and spontaneously ferment / macerate for a short period of time prior to pressing. Maturation also in stainless steel tank. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
