The Details

100% Pinot Noir from Mercurey-- 2/3 of the fruit is organically cultivated more specifically in Mellecly, 1/3 from Saint Mard de Vaux. Grapes are hand-harvested, semi-carbonically macerated in 3500L vat. 8 months élevage thereafter in neutral barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
