Biodynamically farmed grower champagne from vincent Charlot. This is a vintage Champagne (2018) composoed of 55% Pinot Meunier, 20% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay from vineyards in Mardeiul. Disgorged in April 2023. Dosage >4.5g/L. Neutral barrel for spontaneous fermentation and élevage. 2018 was a hot year and provided a wine of exquisite texture and richness balanced by Charlot's trademark acidity ergo the higher ABV. 13.5%ABV
