The Details

Biodynamically farmed grower Champagne from Mardeuil, this bottling is a vintage (2014) champagne that is composed of 90% Pinot Meunier, 10% Pinot Noir. Spontaneous Fermentation and élevage in neutral barrel, this is a saignée (bled) rosé champagne. <4.5g/L dósage. Disgorged in May 2022 followed by a year aging in bottle. Unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2 at bottling. 12.7%ABV
