The Details

70% Chardonnay, 30% Ugni Blanc from organically cultivated vines in the Drôme Provençale. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and spontaneously ferment and age for ~1 year (blend of vintages) before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 11.8% ABV
