About the wine

From the Pre-Pyrenées of Northern Catalonia in Spain, this is Sumoll, Mando, Bartol, Garrut and Garsenc spontaneouly co-fermented in concrete with 25% of the berries manually destemmed via tabla, maceration/fermentation lasts for 3-weeks. 9 months of maturation in stainless steel tank prior to being bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. Zero/zero. 12.2%ABV
