From the Pre-Pyrenées of Northern Catalonia in Spain, this is Sumoll/Mando/Bartrol/Garrut. The wine is a deep rosé/light red that sees 48-72 hours on the skins. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel. Bottled zero/zero. 11.5%ABV
