100% Riesling biodynamically cultivated in the Rheinhessen. Grapes are hand-harvested, macerate for 7 days prior to pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in used barrique for 14 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2. 12% ABV
