100% Riesling from biodynamically cultivated vines in the Rheinhessen (Florsheim Dalsheim). The grapes are directly pressed and spend extended time in big barrel sur lie before being bottled. Zero/Zero German bubbles - spectacular Champagne alternative! 11.5%ABV
