The Details

Biodynamically cultivated Portugieser and Dornfelder planted to young vines on limestone/clay/sandstone soils. Grapes are hand-harvested and are directly pressed while a portion macerates for a short period of time. Blended in fiberglass vat. Spontaneous fermentation and aging all in fiberglass. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, 15 ppm SO2 added at bottling.
