The Details
This is from a single-hectare parcel named "Bastys," in the village of Lantignié, hailed by some as the next Cru Beaujolais! 15 year-old vines planted in deep granitic soils. Hand-harvested in small 300kg skips, rigorous sorting. Full-carbonic maceration for 20 days. Élevage is for 8 months in neutral 225L barrel and vat. Racked once, bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12%ABV
