The Details
100% Gamay. Vineyards are farmed using organic methods and goblet pruning. All vineyard work is done by hand.
Vinfication: Carbonic maceration with native yeast and without SO2. Fermentation occurs in cement tanks. Wines are bottled unfined and unfiltered in the Spring in accordance to the lunar calendar. Aged for 7 months in used barrels (fût de chêne).
Les Bambins is French slang meaning "The kids" (like bambino) a reference to Yann becoming a father in 2017. Legendary Beaujolais!!
