The Details
100% old-vine Pinot Noir from the lieu-dit "Les Boutières," sandwiched between Savigny & Aloxe-Corton. Grapes are hand-harvested, whole-cluster spontaneously ferment for several weeks before pressing. Aging for 24 months in neutral cask. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12.5% ABV
