100% Gamay from 100+ year-old vines in the Hautes Côtes. Grapes are hand-harvested, macerate whole-cluster for a short period of time prior to pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in vat for 18 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 11% ABV
