Back-Vintage! From vines grown just outside Comblanchien in Villiers-la-Faye, this is 100% Aligoté that is hand-harvested and macerates on the skins for 21 days prior to pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in vat for 1 year before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
