Terret Blanc, Bourret (Gris), & Noir co-fermented with Grenaches Blanc, Gris, & Noir. Foot trodden & directly pressed, the wine nonetheless would very much land, stylistically, in the camp of a gorgeous skin-contact wine. Spontaneous fermentation / aging in tank thereafter. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
