The Details
Grenache/Grenache Blanc/Grenache Gris from young, organically cultivated vines in schistous soils. Grapes are hand-harvested, and directly pressed including a small portion of foot tread juice (extracting phenolics - the wine is an orange wine without real maceration). Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
