The Details

100% Grüner Veltliner from biodynamically cultivated vines grown in the Wagram of Lower Austria. 14 Day maceration is followed by pressing and spontaneous fermentation (both primary/malolactic) in neutral Stockinger barrels for 7 months. Unfined, unfiltered, minimal addition of SO2 at bottling.
