The Details

100% Zweigelt from biodynamically cultivated vines in Austria's Wagram. Grapes are hand-harvested and macerate for 8 hours prior to pressing. Spontaneous fermentation in tank. Maturation for 3 months thereafter sur fine lie also in stainless. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
