The Details
Calabrian Table Red! 92% Gaglioppo from a hillside vineyard about 100 meters above the sea and 8% Magliocco from a seaside vineyard clocking in at literally 0 meters above sea-level. Spontaneous co-fermentation with a 36-hour maceration prior to pressing into stainless where the wine completes fermentation and matures for 24 months. Unfined, coarsely filtered, no added SO2.
