About the wine

Made in collaboration with Salvador Batlle (Cosmic Vinyaters) & David Baixas, this pét-nat is 25% Xarel-lo, 25% Parellada, & 50% Macabeu from vines organically grown in the clay-limestone soils of Aigamurcía, half n hour's drive upland from the Catalonian port city Tarragona. The grapes see 2 days' skin contact prior to being bottled unfined, unfiltered, no addition of SO2. 10.5%ABV
