The Details

Made in collaboration with Salvador Batlle (Cosmic Vinyaters) and David Pujol Cargol, this wine is a co-ferment of precisely 58% Garnacha, 35% Carinyena, and 7% Moscatel whose vines are grown in the sandy-alluvial soils of the "Masarac" vineyard of northeastern Spain's Alt-Empordà. The Garnacha and Carinyena see a carbonic co-maceration in stainless steel tank before being blended with the Moscatel which sees a short maceration itself prior to blending. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no addition of SO2. 13% ABV
