The Details
100% Kisi from the northeastern corridor of Georgia's largest winemaking region, Kakheti. The grapes are hand-harvested and macerate/spontaneously ferment in Qvevri for 6 months prior to 6 months further aging in a separate neutral vessel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no-to-minimal (<15ppm) added SO2 depending on vintage.
