The Details

Gamay de Bouze, Gamay de Chaudenay, Pineau d'Aunis & Cabernet Franc from biodynamically farmed vines at the legendary Domaine de Montrieux in the Côteaux du Vendômois. Grapes are hand-harvested and whole-cluster carbonically macerate for 10 days prior to pressing. All in stainless. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
