100% biodynamically cultivated Pinot Blanc by Ariane Lesné at the famed Domaine de Montrieux in the Côteaux du Vendômois. Grapes are hand-harvested, macerate for 3 days prior to pressing. Stainless steel for spontaneous fermentation and nearly 2 years of élevage. Unfined, unfiltered, no additonal SO2.
