The Details

Younger vines of Pineau d'Aunis from biodynamically farmed plots at the legendary Domaine de Montrieux. Grapes are hand-harvested and macerate for 2 months in tank with some remontage, but extraction remains quite low. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
