Macabeo / Xarel-lo / Parellada organically cultivated in the Penedes. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed, and spontaneously ferment in tank prior to liqueuer de tirage for secondary fermentation in bottle. 9 months sur latte before disgorgement. Unfined, unfiltered, 30 added ppm.
