Dambach-La-Ville, Alsace. Riesling, Pinot Gris & Pinot Noir from granitic, sandy and stony soil. The grapes are hand-harvested together and pressed in a pneumatic press. Wild-yeast fermentation for 8 to 10 months in old oak casks. Unfined, unfiltered, no SO2.
