Riesling/Pinot Gris/Pinot Noir from biodynamically cultivated vines in Dambach-la-Ville, Alsace. Grapes are hand-harvested and slowly pressed. Spontaneous fermentation of the juice followed by 8-10 months élevage in neutral oak casks. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 13%ABV
