100% organic Espadeiro from Vinho Verde. Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed and macerate with the skins and ground chestnut flowers for 3 days before pressing. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel before refermentation in bottle with organic sugar. Unfined, unfiltered, undisgorged, no additional SO2.
