The Details

90% Montepulciano and 10% Trebbiano. Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented in open vats, on the skins, for 18 days. The wine is then pressed and racked into fiberglass, where it rests on the lees for 8 months. Unfined, unfiltered, no SO2.
