Timorasso, Verdea, Bosco, Riesling, and Chasselas all from an ancient sector of Filagnotti where these vines exceed 100 years of age. No one knows why these varieties were first planted. This wine gets a whopping NINE months of maceration and is banging – undeniably deep but with so much freshness and complexity as well. One of a kind.
