The Details

50/50 Barbera & Dolcetto from biodynamically farmed vines in both Filagnotti & Montemarino. Grapes are hand-harvested, macerate for 10 days with a submerged cap in large neutral oak barrel before pressing. Aging on the fine lees also in barrel for 1 year before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
