The Details

50% Traminer, 50% Sauvignon Blanc from the very top of the Montemarino vineyard. Directly pressed, the juice spontaneously fermented and aged in 500L and 700L used oak barrels for 2 years prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 16% ABV This wine is no longer produced, only available in library release.
